Step 1. Agent Signup to create your account

From the Main Menu on the top left navigation section create your FREE agency account by filling in the simple online form on our Agent Signup Page. Please make sure that you enter all of your details correctly and note that some fields are required such as your e-mail address, which is NOT shown on our site. You will receive a confirmation e-mail from our administration department and please make a note of your username and password.

Step 2. Login and enter your details in the Admin Area

Login with the username & password that you created in Step 1 and then click Admin Area in the User Menu on the left navigation section. From the Quick Links Block please click  Add Listing and enter your Property Title and choose the appropriate Property Class from the Provinces and Property Status (Sale/Rent/Land) .... and then click  Submit.

Step 3. List your property in the Listing Editor Section

This page should be completed as much as possible to describe the features and services of your property. Special attention should be used when entering your information in the following check boxes (Active ? / Status ? / Province ? / Price ? and all other required fields on this page. Upload your images/photos (max 7 per listing) and enter a title/description for each image by clicking on the image separately once all of your images have been uploaded. You can update/change the information on this page as often as you like 24 hours a day.

Step 4. Submit Your Property to Thai Estate Agents

Once you have checked that all the information in your listing is correct simply check the "Update" button at the bottom of the page and your property listing should then be live for you to view it. You can confirm this by clicking My Listings on the left navigation section. Note - Please remember to Logout when you have finished.

Step 5. Upgrade/Increase your listings for maximum exposure

This Online Listing Service is FREE until 31.12.2010

From 01.01.2011 we will be charging a small monthly fee to Private Property Sellers and
Thai Realty Estate Agents for listing their properties with our company 'Thai Estate Agents'. We do not charge commission on sales and rentals which is why we will be making a nominal administration fee for future listings. Please CLICK HERE for more information about our monthly packages.
